1. A GOOD MATCH.
Before you hire E.P.G. for your big day, we need to make sure we’re a good fit. When you inquire about us shooting your wedding, a chat on the phone is great, or (our favorite), a face-to-face meet for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. 

2. THE INVESTMENT.
E.P.G. likes to keep things simple, we give you 3 package to start with. We strongly believe in telling your whole story, not just parts of it, so we like to arrive while you're getting ready and leave once we've covered the main events at your reception. Your wedding is exceptional and exclusive to you, and we believe the 2nd and 3rd collections provide for that. Though we can work with you to customise each individual event. While E.P.G. certainly is not the cheapest photography group, we believe that wedding photography is an investment because your wedding images will stay with you forever. One day your children and your children’s children will pour over your wedding album and will be able to re-live one of the most memorable days of your life. Your wedding images will become a part of your family’s history and to E.P.G. that is something worth investing in. Once a collection is chosen, you will be sent a digital contract that we will both sign and a link to pay the deposit. Once both are received, you are officially considered booked with E.P.G..

2. QUESTIONNAIRE.
After we’ve agreed to work together, you’ll receive a questionnaire for you to fill out with information about your wedding day. This helps us to prepare and stay organized.

4. E-SESSION.
If you included an engagement shoot in your collection, we'll schedule that. An engagement session is a great way for me to get to know you as a couple and lets you practice in front of the camera. You can also schedule a bridal shoot at this time.

5. SHOOT, EDIT, DELIVER.
After We’ve photographed your engagement session, you’ll receive a link to view your proofs within a week or so. You’ll then be able to download the digital files and purchase prints in your on-line gallery. These images make for lovely (more casual than your wedding) wall art, a “Save the Date” photo-card, or a sign-in book for your guests on the day of your wedding.

6. TIMELINE.
If you have a wedding planner or a day-of planner at the venue, please be sure we are involved in the creation of the wedding day timeline. This is one of the most important details to complete as planning your photos around light is crucial to getting the most out of your photography.

7. PREP.
The day before the wedding, we pack bags, charge batteries, format memory cards and load up the car.

8. TRAVEL.
If we travel from out of state, we always arrive at least a day before the wedding. We spend the extra time scouting the venue and looking for interesting places to shoot your portraits. 

9. THE WEDDING.
We will  have a blast with you, photographing, laughing & crying. The works.

10. THE DAY AFTER.
We post at least one sneak peek on our Facebook Page and Instagram. If we’re Facebook friends (which we totally should be) we’ll tag you so you can share with family and friends.

11. POST PRODUCTION & DELIVERY.
It takes up to 6 weeks to finish hand-editing all of your images. At this time, we will upload them to an online gallery for your family, friends to enjoy. There everyone will be able to look through and purchase favorite prints.

12. PRINTS & ALBUMS.
We will help by showing you how to pick your images digitally and putting them in a favorites folder. From there are designers will take your images and create beautiful story book spreads for your album. Depending on how fast you choose your images, an album design can take about a month.

13. THE FUTURE.
Starting a family? We’ll be there. Traveling across the country? We love a good adventure.
